Mensgericht, denken in mogelijkheden en gaan voor het beste resultaat. Met een optimistische blik duik ik graag in de kern van het probleem, hou een kritische focus op resultaten en voel aan wat mensen motiveert. Met meer dan 20 jaar sales- en leiderschapservaring bij een groot internationaal bedrijf breng ik direct inzetbare energie en kennis mee. Plus: 1500+ uur als facilitator en 3000+ uur als coach achter de rug. Ik heb een duidelijk beeld van wat écht werkt voor groei.
Mijn grootste drijfveer is dat ik erin geloof dat succes en plezier vanzelf toenemen wanneer mensen zich gezien, gehoord en geholpen voelen. Dat is de basis voor blijvend resultaat. Ik creëer een veilige sfeer waarin mensen durven leren en groeien. Vanuit openheid en echtheid kunnen de luiken open, is er ruimte voor reflectie en échte vooruitgang.
Naast sales- en leiderschap geef ik ook NT2-trainingen (Nederlands als tweede taal) aan mensen die zich zekerder willen voelen in het Nederlands. Ik vind het ontzettend mooi om te zien hoe taal deuren opent. Niet alleen naar werk of studie, maar vooral naar écht contact. In mijn trainingen draait het om groeien in durf, plezier en verbinding.
